Purpose: To support Heppner's youth and their activities.

Brief History: Formed in the late 80's, several thousands of dollars have been raised and spent on projects small and large.

Projects: Academic and sports recognition events. Four Scholarships for graduating seniors; Equipment purchases; Athletic fields' improvements.

Meeting Frequency: Second Wednesday monthly.

Location: Heppner High School Cafeteria

Dues: $2 yearly
