bicyclists will have no difficulty
meeting the challenge of these
loops, some of which contain
slight to more pronounced inclines. |
Less
polished riders will want to note
elevations and directions of streams,
as well as distances.
As is
true in most of Eastern Oregon, late
spring and early fall weather tend to
provide the optimum conditions for
bicycling around Heppner. Summer
sunshine can create 90+ degree days,
while morning and late
afternoon-evening rides are
comfortable.
