Penland
Lake Eight miles
south of Cutsforth Park is Lake
Penland. Managed by the Forest
Service, facilities at the lake include
developed picnic grounds, boat launching
area, and a large parking lot where limited
overnight parking is allowed. There
are no hook-ups and no water
available. Small electric motors are
permitted on the lake. For reservations,

Prairie A Forest
Service managed park. Bull Prairie is
32 miles south of Heppner near Highway
207. The campground has 26
trailer and tent units each containing a
parking pad, table, and fireplace.
Water is available, but there are no
electrical hook-ups. There is a $6.00
overnight fee per unit. There is a
boat launching area (no motors allowed),
large picnic grounds with 40 units, and a
trailer dump station (no hook-up) that carries
a $2.00 charge. For reservations, please

Cutsforth
Park Cutsforth
Park is located 21 miles southeast of
Heppner on Willow Creek Road. Donated
to Morrow County by Orville and Barbara
Cutsforth, the park boasts 20 trailer pads
with full hook-ups, 7 trailer, and/or camp
sites without hook-ups, but with water available,
a picnic area for large and small groups, a
children's playground with play equipment,
restroom facilities with showers, trails for
hiking, and both a pond and a stream for
fishing. For

Anson
Wright Park
A 25-mile
drive south of Heppner on Highway 207 will
bring you to Anson Wright Memorial
Park. In 1970, Walter and Mildred
Wright deeded the 18 park acres to Morrow
County as a memorial to Anson Wright.
The park has 5 wide pads with double
hook-ups which will accommodate 10 trailers,
4 sites without hook-ups, but with water available,
picnic areas, children's' playgrounds,
restrooms with showers, both a pond and a
creek for fishing, and trails for
hiking. For

OHV Park & RV Campground "The
place for families to break out their toys
and play"! Morrow
County's Off Highway Vehicle Park is in the
Blue Mountains along Highway 207,
approximately 32 miles south of Heppner.
Enjoy 6,200 acres on dirt bikes,
four-wheelers, snowmobiles, or cross-country

Willow Creek RV Park RV Campground is located on
the lake approximately a half mile up Willow
Creek Road from the junction of Highway
207 at Heppner City limits.
The park elevation is approximately 2,200
ft. The park is open from March 15
through December 1st.
The RV park has 24 spaces. Including one
space for the Park Host. All
have 50-60ft pull through and 2 sites that
are back ends. All sites containing electricity,
sewer and water are $15 a night. Sites
that contain only water and electricity are
$14 a night. All tent sites are $6 a night.
Amenities include restrooms with showers,
BBQ pits, picnic tables, and boat launch.
This recreational area is on the Blue
Mountain Scenic Byway to Baker
